HydroFlow Turbine System
The HydroFlow Turbine System is a compact, high-efficiency, micro-hydropower unit designed for decentralized or small-scale energy generation. It integrates a stainless-steel Pelton-style impeller with a carbon-fiber housing and a smart digital control unit, making it ideal for residential, commercial, or remote site applications utilizing low-to-medium water head and flow rates. Its modular design allows for rapid installation and minimal maintenance.

HydroFlow Turbine System
The HydroFlow unit is an advanced kinetic energy converter that transforms the potential energy of flowing water into electricity. The exterior features a durable carbon-fiber casing for the main generator body, offering excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. Water enters through the optimized intake manifold, spins the precision-machined stainless steel turbine impeller, and drives the integrated generator.
The system is managed by a front-mounted Digital Control Unit (DCU). This DCU provides real-time monitoring of power output, flow rate, and turbine speed. It includes built-in diagnostics and safety features like an automatic shut-off to prevent over-speeding or dry running. The entire assembly sits on a robust, vibration-dampening metal base, ensuring stable and quiet operation.
